I love how the leper approached Jesus with the words, "Lord if you will..." And I equally love how Jesus responded... "I will!" I find that amazing! I wonder how many times we could help make someone's life better if we would just say the words, "I will." It might not be leprosy, but so many people are hurting and need someone to just say, "Yes, I'll do what I can."
I also love that Jesus lets us know that if the job gets to overbearing, we can just steal away like He did and have some down time. He went to the wilderness. I want to go to my little fish pond... But after we serve and give, let's rest a little while.
